Back in 2000, I began my real estate career in the South East of England. I worked for a large, well-known real estate agency where I learned the ins and outs of the business. I spent years soaking up all that I could about the industry, taking on extensive training to learn even more. I later moved to a smaller, independent company where I learned the importance of exceptional customer care. This business had a dedication to clients that I hadn't seen before which taught me everything I know about providing the ultimate experience to each and every client who comes through the door.
Combining all of my knowledge and training, I was able to open my own UK brokerage. After a decade of hard work and commitment to staff and clients alike, the company sells more than 750 properties each year and currently has sold more than $1 billion! I'm incredibly proud to say that this company, which I built from the ground up, now employs 28 full-time staff at 5 office locations.
In 2017, I took my research, experience, and success from the UK and moved to Florida, where Maxim Realty Orlando was established. Within the first year, I worked my way into the top 1% of Realtors based on sales volume alone. I was able to take everything I had learned about the UK brokerage and bring that overseas in order to replicate it in America.
Opened in April of 2018, Maxim Realtors LLC in Fort Myers was added to my extensive portfolio, building a wider client base and providing real estate assistance to people from all over the world!
